Day 4 Quiet day

A quite day today with just one successful dutch in 12.40 netting a profit £122.92 and a very modest profit for Wilkinson of £30.47. So after 4 days of the new regime I stand £-60.46 down. Confidence remains high though despite yesterdays problems.

Worse losing day of the year

The recovery was short lived with a shocking day today. I am still smiling so I suppose things could be worse. Still not feeling that great health wise but I will battle through.

Apology

I am sorry that after making you a small profit I have managed to post anymore selections. Being realistic my main job is just too hectic for me to find the time to post good selections and I don’t want to rush and give selections not to be proud off. If I do indeed make the plunge on 31st December 2006 and become full time then I will resume the service then.

3.20 Folkestone Hits only cash 5.3 (The money has come for this one. The price looks worth opposing now may go a lot shorter though). My money is down. Finished: nw Profit: 2.16 points

Thursday April 6th (Flat 2006)

Leicester card looks a little tricky. I have 2 potential lays that I am looking at though. Leicester was not the best for lays last year with only at 78% strike ratio.
Leicester 2.45 Pyscho Cat NO LAY (Drifted) Finished: 2rd
Leicester 5.40 Commando Scott Price to big NO LAY
Currently not lays but if money comes I may get involved. Very keen to make sure ground conditions don’t change either.

After a little break from the flat we have two meetings todays.
2.50 Pontefract Up Tempo <5.5 (Currently 1 non runner) Drifted therefore NO LAY Well stuffed but rules are there to protect us.
4.20 Pontefract Bobby Charles 4.5 (No non runners) Profit: 2.86 points
3.10 Warwick Pefect Order <6.4 (No non runners) Another drifter NO LAY
All lays are to 10 points liability.

Friday 31st March (Flat 2006)

Musselburgh today.
There is only one selection than interests me.
5.10 Dancetime Lord was much shorter this moring hoping for around 3.00 mark. If the price is right will update if not then no lay. As we approach opening show looks as if no lay. Price 3.35 or less else no lay.

Wednesday March 29th (Flat 2006)

2.50 Yarmouth Mine the balance 6.0 LAY Unplaced Good Price 
Profit: 1.92 points
3.20 Yarmouth Wooly Bully 3.15 LAY 2rd Poor price(possible to 2.9) Profit: 4.45 points
3.50 Yarmouth Bobski 5.0 LAY 3rd Poor price (possible 3.75) Profit: 2.34 points
4.20 Yarmouth Young Mick 3.15 LAY 1st (note 2 non runners therefore you could have traded out) Profit: -8.63 (after decutions for 2 non runners)
Profit for the day: 0.08 points
Bank now stands at: 255.6 points
Disappointing as the 6th lay won easily but a sensbile start and a profit is a profit. With the non runners you could have traded out. If you laid at 3.15 with the deductions for non runner price was affectly 2.86 and Young Mick traded around 3.1 mark around the start of the race.
All lays are to a liability of 10 points.
