Diet and Fitness:
I have done pretty well so far as I have managed too lose 9lb. I have been speed walking to walk and back. I managed to set a record of 21 minutes which no doubt I will break at some stage. Must be a little careful as I am caring quite a weight and must keep balanced to not over strain back, knee and most importantly my ankle ligaments. At todays weight I was 13st 4 with a BMI of 28.1. The plan is get down to 11st. So a long way to go but remember back in October 2007 I peaked at a whopping 15st. So I have done pretty well. This week has been really hard on this front.
Learning a new language:
I have totally failed on this one and have not managed to allocate anytime to this task. I will address this next week.
Working on my racing database suie of programs:
I have done really well on this front. I will be launching my club at some stage in the next few weeks. I have most things in place now to support this.
Trading:
I have contined on from where I left off in December. I had another good day yesterday netting a profit of £967.22. This took me past the 9k mark for January and past the 20k mark for the past 2 months. I am not going to get complacement though. I could have done better and I could have done a lot worst. I working on my techniques and mental stregth. It will be ineresting to see how the next 2 weeks go initially after all the bad weather.
I have a long way to go to prove I can really make this work. I know most people would be happy with a 20k profit from gambling in one year. The fact that I have achieved this in under 2 months is exceptional but can I continue at this rate. If I can will no doubt put me in a very different life balance position. I am keen to maintain my full time job as I love the people interactity. Albeit I do think that maybe I should spread my wings away from a straight technical role. I do feel that presenting and leadership are my best qualities. I have found this lately as I have been presenting my ideas for the new club and have received great feedback. In fact I am often asked why I don’t change jobs? Food for thought.
The Wilkinson system continues to be the jewel in my crown. Turning £10 into just shy of £9000 in the space of 4 months. Impressive, you bet ya. I am now using the system with football, tennis and snooker and it is proving to be equally sucessful.
Profit for the day: £967.22.
Profit for the month: £9009.48
