A 14/1 shot finishes second. Several dutches go astray with the selections just failling to meet their trade out values. Lucky with my lays to reduce the damage. A nice winner from Brimardon. A very hectic and varied day at work to say the least.
For good measure I upgraded my scalp finder as well. It now includes the current exchanges laying values with the volume of money available. This will save a lot of time and avoid chasing scalps that aren’t there. I will be adding some weighing for bookies as well. We all know you can get more money on with the bigger bookmakers albeit there are less concession available. It will take some time to come up with the right interface for this. All the same I am pleased I set myself a coding target last night and I hit the back of the net. I had less than 2 hours to do the work as I can only do this work when there is racing as this makes the testing ‘real’.
As a result though I am still waiting for my results parser to finish so I don’t have the Wilkinson profit calculated. Looks like I will be posting a daily loss of around the £200 mark. Today looks like its going to a busy day so all to play for will I get back to 11k mark or drop below the 10k mark. Either way as the gambler says I any profit is good profit.
Remember before you bet today consider is this an investment? If the answer is no then buy yourself a beer instead. If the answer is yes then good luck with your investment.
Profit for the day: £30.19
Profit for the month: £10434.36

With 1 winners from 3 selections from subscription services and a lucky trading day for myself. I laid Roll Along. Yes, I was very lucky with that one. Wilkinson results not yet in but shoudl turn in a profit but not enough to make up for other losses. I am still in confident mood though and as the Brigadier would say Form is temporary, class is permanent. Roll On tomorrow. Wilkinson piled with a good profit of £256.50.
Profit for the day: -£404.74
Profit for the month: £10493.17

A quiet day compared with Sunday on the racing front. Unfortunately it was a losing day with just 3 winners for me. Wilkinson lost around £80. I lost £100 trading. Today looks more promising tough with a couple of PRO Brimardon races to look forward too. In addition the PremCode system that I also use is maintain is 50% or better consistency which is very encourgaging.
I have been asked a lot lately which systems people should invest in. The people who have asked me this know I tend to ask a lot of questions back before reccomending a system as it really depends on the type of person you are and what you are looking for in a system. In the past few years I have invested a fortune in systems to get where I am now.
Where am I now? I currently subscribe to 2 services only. The first is Brimardon and the second is PremCode. I selected Brimardon because it continually improves and the software is excellent. The decesion to reduce the selections shown to just the very high strike ratio races makes life a very easy.
You know the night before how busy the next day is going to be. You can easily devise startegies that work for you and make profit for you from the select races. In addition there are no surprises on the phone line. I have confindence betting with the selections which is key to being successful. I am happy with betting £100 a point and have no intention on changing this.
PremCode this is a new site but I have been using their systems for over a year now. There are 2 systems that I use one is a long odds each way system and the other is 50% strike ratio one. I find this gives me a nice little balance in my betting and I still retain the buzz of having big priced winners whilst maintaining a high turnover and incremental profit.
The only other systems I used are mine namely the Wilkinson and 5 star systems both of which are proing very successful. I will when I get a chance be launching other systems but I need to trial them first papeer trading, then low stakes live trial and then release them. I think I have the right skills to identify profitable angles.
I am looking forward to February although I am a little anxious that I have set myself very high standards to maintain but I think I have the right weaponary to maintain it. Only time will tell. I look forward to sharing my experiences as I move to the next chapter in my journey.
Thanks for the comments and please keep them coming. I am really do enjoy reading other peoples blogs, strategies and systems.

As I said in my audio clip this was a surprisingly busy Sunday in fact it was the busy days racing involvement of the year for me both in terms of bets and money stakes. The net result was a story of near misses, bad luck and a score draw in my fight against the bookies albeit a morale victory for me.
The first near miss came in Kelso 1.05 when Topaz Lady was making smooth headway 3 out only to unseat the rider. Looked nailed on for a 8/1 winner. Sprosser then returned some cheer by winning at 9/2. I had this down as a 2 horse race so although the field was reduced to 6 runners I really did think 9/2 each way with boyles was the way to go. Unless it fell I was sure it would finished at least second as it turned out it won which was a nice bonus.
The next disappointment came in 3.25 at Southwell where the field was reduced to 7 and I have a double each way bet on Book of facts which finished 3rd despite trading as low as 2.24 in running. Non runners can really sod you up and this was a classic case.
The final bid disappointmen of the day came in Kempton 4.05. I had backed Bo McGinty at 18/1 each way only to see it finished as the bridgesmaid. Would have made a great weekend rather than a good weekend had it managed to rally and regain the lead.
Profit the day: £176.15
Profit for the month: £11102.81
3 days of racing left in the month. A very good month so far following on from December’s solid result. I am a little nervous about February as it would be nice to maintain this good run but you need some luck on your side in relation to weather and racing being on. Not long now until Cheltenham which again should be a marvellous event.

Very pleasing days work yesterday. A profit of just over £600 quid and I really felt like I played well. I swerve move races than I played and the races I played I made profit even though I did not have any winners. Wilkinson weighed in with a nice steady profit and it is really is the bread and butter money churner for me.

As with most organisations office space is at at premium so if you work from home, you find that your desk at work will be used. This is not usually a problem but today I have come in and had to fix the wiring to get my monitor working and I am still trying to establish why my laptop network connection can reach the DNS servers. Rant over because well its Friday, the weather is improving which more racing and hopefully more profit.

Sorry for the last of posts but have been very busy with work amongst other things. I will get the accounts published for at the weekend. I have a couple of losing days in summary’s but I am still over 9k in front fro Janaury. Generally have be very happy with my performance and have just been a little unlucky. There still 7 days of racing to go so I am hopeful I finish more than 10k in front for the second consecutive month.

A very pleasing experience. Hoping Chelsea will qualify tonight and I look forward to a very exciting final. On a betting front a slightly disappointing day with two each way losers just out the frame. Wilkinson only had two bets and they both won. I update the P/L this evening.
Have a profitable day.

I have been asked by a few people and a few friends to explain more about what I am doing and how I am making my money right now. Over the next few days I will put together some pages to explain what I am doing now and the journey I took to get where I am now. I will also detail out my plans for the future. You can stay still in this game.
