I for one am very interested in the new horse racing markets that are likely to appear on Betfair in December. Reading the bet angel newsletter I really do think this is a great move by Betfair and will help stimulate movement in the main market as well as these normally formed markets. I think I have found an angle to work on myself which is a slightly revised version of the Wilkinson system. I am confident it will albeit on a lot less races than the Wilkinson system but the ROI should be considerably higher. This will depend very much on exactly how the Betfair SP will be calculated which I believe is still be finalised.
The new product which has been three years in the planning is seen as
the company’s biggest development since it was launched in 2000.
It is designed to help punters who want to back or lay horses but
currently find there is not enough liquidity in the markets to have
their bets matched. People will be able to put up an order to match at
Betfair SP, which will be the weighted price in the last few minutes of
trading, determined by a sophisticated process of matching all lay
orders against back orders.
Given the lower over rounds on Betfair compared with the on course
market, the exchange’s SPs are expected to compare favorably with
official SPs, although commission will be made.

I have not been too well this week and in addition it has been a very testing week in the office. Yesterday there was no time for Wilkinson. Fortunately there were no 5 star selections so I did not miss them and the portfolio bets were latter in the afternoon so I managed to get.
Wilkinson system:
Day off
5 star system:
No selections
Portfolio systems:
1 winner, 1 placed and 1 loser. Nice profit. Best odds guarantee allow early trade out for profit.
