This is the last day of the fixed bank, it is the last day in the office before the weekend. Yesterday was another good winning day for Brimardon with a nice winner on the phone and a full house on the software. Still very early days but the new software does seem to be doing well.
Wilkinson system made a good profit too. The 5 star system did have a losing selection which took a bit of gloss of the day.
Wilkinson system:
Profit for the day: £63.46
5 star system:
1 qualifying selection lost
Portfolio systems:-
2 selections with one winner and one loser.

A bit of mixed bag to report. I did not back a winner at Kempton last night which was disappointing to say the least. The Wilkinson system did bag 2 winners at Kempton though to lift the gloom. In fact another 11 point profit from the Wilkinson system was the only highlight of the day. The portfolio systems came unstuck again.
2 days until new rules.
Wilkinson system:
Profit for the day: £111.08
Profit for the month(day 8): £540.17
Portfolio systems:
3 losers today.

I am going to Kempton race tonight with a few people from work and few other randoms as well. Should be a good night. Hopefully I will be able to make a few quid as well. Admittedly all weather racing is something fairly new to me and therefore could be described as my weakness discipline.
The other good news is I only have 2 and bit weeks left in the office this year before I am on holiday. I will use this holiday to put the final touches to some of the features on my new website and plan to go for a big push of the site next year. I have recently added double results, best odds guaranteed and sign up offers to odds comparison. The next stage is to publish specific pages to take full advantage of the concessions this will be coming soon.
On the analysis front I will soon be adding the overdue graphs to show you how to manage a bank successfully and make steady profits from various non subscription and subscriptions services that are available.
The mission statement for the website is to become the one place to get all your horse racing information. So, yes I will be publishing a search able database for results, in addition I be publishing forthcoming racing will statistics and information. I am ambitious and I do think I can get a decent market share in this highly profitable business.

My confidence in the Wilkinson was repaid handsomely today. Despite not having much time and making a few mistakes which is very rare of me these days the Wilkinson system made 31.8 points today or £318.09. This take the 7 day monthly total to £419.09 despite 4 losing days. Unfortunately it was the second losing day for the portfolio systems which took a little of the gloss away.
Wilkinson system:
Profit for the day: £318.09
Profit for the month £419.09
Portfolio systems:
2 losing selections today.

Portfolio systems:
5 losing selections.

I have woken up this morning with puffy eyes and a very sore throat. So very annoying. Running late as a consequence of everything taking 3 times as long.
Ayr and Ludlow today will hopefully provide so more profit.

It has been an interesting and refreshing weekend. The portfolio systems have maintained there good form with several nice winners on both Saturday and Sunday. From a personal perspective I really enjoyed watching my 2 favourite horses Hardy Eustace and Kauto Star winning.
The Wilkinson system surprisingly has had 2 losing day in a row. Saturday saw it lose £44 and Sunday it lose £37.35. Still nicely in profit for month but I will been monitoring the situation carefully but nothing to get alarmed about as I am about 400 point up after 65 days.
When I am about to make some changes to way I run my investments (bets, lays and trades). Regularly readers of my blog will know that I run my financial from Jan - Dec. This means Nov and December tend to be the time I year where I make plans for the next year. Well I have nearly completed my plans for next year. So much so that I going to my next financial year on December 1st 2007.
The changes are going to be huge but I think they are necessary to lock in a big profit. The first change will be moving from a fixed stake bank to a variable bank. The variable bank will work like this. At the end of each month I will evaluate my profit (assuming there is sum). 50% of the profit will be taken as a salary and the other 50% will be used to build a reverse bank. When the reverse bank reaches 100% of the normal bank. Then I will top up the original bank and hence start betting larger stakes. In event of a non profitable month I will reduce the stakes accordingly for the next month. I will start this on 1st December.
The second change will the reduction in portfolio systems that I use. The exact number has not been finalised yet as I still finalising plans. One system that will be continued though is Brimardon, this will be my fourth year. The new software is excellent and exactly what I wanted. Few races, the best races and the most profitable races. I do have one other system that I will be using that is not mine. I am still evaluating whether to continue with Melchior which has been very disappointing this year. Personal Info is another that I am considering.
The third change is that I will be including Wilkinson, 5 star system and other profit into my main bank. That is it for changes to my betting component of investment portfolio.
Other changes that you will in the very near future are going to be the ukracinginfo.com site. The scalp/arbitrage finder will soon be upgraded to make it better and easy to use. I will also be adding a section for newbies which will allow them to easily build a risk free betting bank of £1000 by using bookmakers concessions in a risk free manner to make profit. There will be a section for regular punters too which will allows them to take advantage of moves in the market and still benefit from free bets, best odds guaranteed, 2rd refunds and free fallers refunds. From my research and regular use over the last 1 year I don’t think it is unrealistic to earn £50 a day using these techniques with very minimal risk. All of this will be available 1st quarter of 2008. I keep the plans for the rest of year secret for the time being. Trust me though there is some great stuff coming.

I have a copule of spare minutes right now and I am not quite sure when the next free period will come. Yesterday was excellent day from Brimardon with the new software producing excellent profits to date. Early days but very promising and I think most will agree less is more. You note most of the long time systems out there have all followed suit. In addition many are going undergorund like Isiris which for me personally is a shame as I hoped by the middle of next year to be in a position to use the Isiris service. Unfortunately I will miss that boat as you have to the end of this month to join.
Wilkinson made a small profit yesterday but I am sure if Wolvehampton had completed it would have been much larger. Any profit is a good profit. I think I had another account flagged today with Stan James which is a shame. A weird one though as I had placed 5 or 6 bets today then suddenly was unable to place bets. So maybe just a blip.
Wilkinson system:
Profit for the day: £59.03
Portfolio systems:
1 very nice winner.

A small loss on both portfolio and Wilkinson systems yesterday. A story of near misses and a brillaint saving ride from Tony McCoy. Still can not shift this cold/stomach bug which is not great. Maybe I am allergic to work or soemthing like. To be honest it is very frustrating at work right now as I am being pulled in multiple directions and there is an adnormally large amount of bureacacy and politics. Going to be like this for a couple more months methings before it settles down again.
Wilkinson system:
Profit on the day: - £36.23
5 star system:
No selections
Porfolio systems:
Small loss on the day.

Profit was the name of the game. Wilkinson delivered another 20 pointn haul to give month 3 a great start. The portfolio systems had 3 winners from 5 selections including a 12/1 shot. I was able to lay off very early in the football after backing Crotia at nice odds. Got the scoreline wrong as I thought they would win 2-0. I am just hoping that Steve McClaren leaves and that the FA then take considerable time in selecting a successor. My picks would either Big Sam or Martin Jol.
