It has been a long day today and I am just about to sign off. Been working since around 6.30am non stop until now. On the gambling front was a very disappointing day. On a work front it has been a hard day but I have acheived lost both for lastminute and late this evening for myself. Other than the money I made on the England game this morning I have not had time to cash in on anything else. I make up for this at the weekend no doubt.

I am sorry to report that I made a nice profit on the England versus New Zealand game. I felt many time that the odds on New Zealand got too big. In the 3 previous games Daniel Vettori had gone for less than 25 runs for his 4 overs and again he proved to be the match winner in my opinion. Yes, Pietersen sacrificed his wicket but this was not the reason we lost. Again it comes down to basics and Mr Shah and his running between the wickets was to blame. Get the basics right and everything falls into place. Catch your catches, run well between the wickets, get bat on ball. When you have you eye in target certain bowlers with particular shots to the shorter boundaries.
Anyway lets hope we can get Freddie fit again. Well played to Solanki hope he becomes our regular Twenty 20 batsman keeper.
