The horses did not work out for me today.  I decided not to bet on the football and the cricket.  I would have lost on the football and won on the cricket as Australia struggled as I expected.   To be honest the mighty Aussie have not quite understood twenty 20 cricket.    I remember watching them play England at the Rose Bowl and they simply demonstrated they have not adapted well to that game.   My prediction is that England will win today in a narrow finish and that Australia will beat up on Friday.   I doubt I will be betting though unless the odds are too tasty.
