A solid profit of £66.65 todays adds nicely to the pot. Not sure how much time I get today as I am on a pub crawl starting at 2pm in London.

Yesterday was a disappointing day on the new system with a loss of 46.80 recorded. System is still nicely in profit though.
Day 1: £134.92
Day 2: £-45.90
Algorithm slightly adjusted.
Day 3: -29.60
Day 4: £83.88
Day 5: £206.88
Day 6: £-46.8
Total profit: £303.88
I am on holiday Monday and Tuesday of next week. This will give me time to analyse how the system is going and whether I think I should make some more adjustments. Before you say you should keep tinkering with a system you have to realise part of this system is designed so you adjust the staking. The selection method remains constant though. I built this flexibility in because I believe this is the most significant failure with what I have done thus far this system. I have through good money after bad sticking to £100 a point. What I think is needed is staking to reflect the conditions.

A very pleasing day with the new system. A profit of 106.68. Slightly dented by Kempton in the evening but still a healthy profit. Despite backing 8 eight on the free faller concession none fell so no bonuses there. This makes the profit even more pleases as it was made up of straight profit rather than bonuses.
VCbet continues it free faller concession today so again I will looking to cash in. It is becoming a little difficult as a lot of my account are restricted due to previous wins but that just makes it more exciting to play against the vcbet traders. It is such a great concession and they know it. So please taek your fill if your not sure how email me and I will tell you how. Won’t publish it as they won’t like that.
All races at Perth & Downpatrick today.
If your selection FALLS, we’ll refund your losing stake as a free bet on tomorrow’s racing!

It was day 4 of my using my new system in anger. I made a slight adjustment to the system today as I had 2 losing days in a row. Today’s profit was : £93.88 which is good considering I never risk more than £20 at anytime.
The results for the 4 days are as follows:-
Day 1: + 134.92
Day 2: -45.9
Day 3: -29.6
Day 4: 93.88
Total so far: £153.30
I will start posting the selections at some stage. I just want to give a few more days to tweak a few things.

Another week begins and it seems we are back to the wet and changeable weather that plagued us for most of the summer. Today I think is a day to get my head down and keep out of trouble. That’s the plan anyway.

I have spent the day watching Middlesex clinch promotion in the Pro 40. Whilst watching I have been fixing some bugs with my website. I have made reasonable progress but I have not got to work on some of the things I wanted to. I am out next weekend so I doubt I will get much time. So I am going to have make time in the evening and work really hard and smart.
Spurs were again rubbish and its looks as if we may be fighting relegation and have to do well in the cups if we are to secure european football.
Day 2 of the new system was a little disapointing with a loss of £45. Still in profit after 2 days though. Will be interesting to see how the week progresses.

A very enjoyable day of Sports yesterday with 2 Twenty 20 semi-finals, football, rudby and horse racing. The portfolio systems had another poor day yesteday. On a brighter note I trialled my new system yesterday and it provided a tidy profit of 134.92. At one stage was over 267 up so a disappointing finish at Wolverhampton but a promising start overall.

Another exciting Twenty 20 match in which South Africa bottled it big time. I told you they would not win the tournament just did not know who would. I am currently watching the Spurs game and yet again no clean sheet. A fairly good performance but more negatives than positive in my opinion. Great reception for Defoe though.
In the racing front well I had a winner today but ultimately a very disappointing day again. A big each way bet came second. A couple of big priced seconds as well. If one had done the business then I would have done well.
Made a few quid at Wolverhampton tonight using the scalper. In the 7.20 Silver Prelude was backed from 3-1 into 7/4. The bookies were always well behind the exchanges so it was very easy to cash. At the start of the gamble you back at 3/1 and lay comfortably at 5/2.
Spurs game finished 6-1. Well done Jermaine Defoe.

It started with Yuvraj Singh 6 sixes. This was followed by the announcement that Jose Mourinho had quit Chelsea. Well at least Martin Jol won’t be the first causality in the Premiership this season.
Today we have the clash between Australia and Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan and finally South Africa versus India. All games are likely to be very exciting.
There are 4 meeting on the horse racing circuit to enjoy. Ayr, Pontrefract, Wolverhampton and the final day at Yarmouth. Hopefully today will be a return to form for the systems. As I said in an earlier post I have started the process of budgeting for next year and determining my strategies.
