Another profitable day thanks to me not laying one of the selection due to it price drifting from 2.9 to 3.9 on the exchanges. I have a strict 1.0 drift and although I was very tempted I maintained my discpline and it stopped me have a loser at the end of the day.

After Brimardon success the other day it was the turn of the bet collection to deliver the profits. In the 7.05 at Sligo, Spirit of Dublin came second advised at 14/1 and this was followed in the 7.35 with Shanballa winning cosily at 10/1. With 3 days of August left I am hoping for a strong finish. The interesting thing will be to see what September holds. I had connectivity problems yesterday so was unable to get access to my racing database so apologises for the late updates. I have double checked this morning that everything is working so there should be no problems today.

The lovely bank holiday weekend is over. It has been a pretty good one for me. I got plenty of changes done on my racing programs. There are still a few little bugs in my odds finding routines but most have been fixed. I should soon be publishing a site to compete against oddschecker. The advantage of my engine will be that it will include more bookmakers than oddschecker. In addition to this I will publishing pages designed for people who use free rating systems little Adrian Massey to save them time.
Unfortunately the mighty Spurs were not quite good enough to beat Man U but hopefully this will give them confidence and we can beat Arsenal in a couple of weeks.

After a spell of seconditus with the decent priced selections Brimardon delivered with a nice 10/1 winner last night which stopped the trend of the week where August profits were getting eroded. If I look out the window right now the weather’s not too clever but the forecast is for the ground to be good and good firm for the next week or so. I have my fingers crossed for a strong finish to August.
It is bank holiday weekend and there is lots of cricket and football to enjoy. Plus I should get sometime to work on my racing database. I am close to launching another couple of systems. Anyway back to work for now.

A disappointing day for my subscription services yesterday. Still in profit for August but on a downward trend which is a shame. Hopefully the dryer weather next week will help ensure a strong finish to August.
Work is pretty manic currently at least it means the week flys by. England were typically disappointing last night in the football. Lets just hope that Robinson does not lose his confidence for the big game at the weekend.

Another 2 winners today with both Peeping Fawn and Captain Gerrard obliging. Yes, I know will say this are easy winning to spot but who cares 6 in a row is now bad. I took the 15/8 offered earlier on Captain Gerrard so am very pleased with my return.

The free system that I have designed is doing well. 2 more winners yesterday making it 4 in a row. Note I am using a variable bank and either bet at SP+ with Canbet or betfair. I leave any selections that I can’t get 1.6 or more for as this yields a better ROI and profit with only a 1% lower strike ratio.

A good start to Ebor meeting yesterday for me. Two systems napped up Lucarno at 5/1 and with one of my horses to follow Authorized also doing the business it was a good day. The weather is still pretty unsettled so stakes are small currently.
Nice to see England get off to a good start at the Rose Bowl which is becoming a happy hunting ground for England. Lets hope they can capatilise on this win and win the series against India.

A good weekend for the yids with a good 4-0 win over Derby. With a weakened Man United to play on Sunday things could be looking a better come next Monday. On the gambling front, too many second placers and a few losers means not much movement on the account. Rain is still about so the weather remains a little unsettled but next weeks weather looks a little better.

August seems to be flying by and I am just trying to remain on the roller coaster. I might be going to StockHolm with work next week but that will be decided at the lastminute. As for this weekend there are many I could do but I just not sure which one I will end up doing. I am pretty shattered but then again I don’t want to the waste the weekend.
On the gambling front, August is still nicely in profit to the tune of 70 points. A long way to go but at least it helps me with my cash flow right now.
