Unfortunately have had a few days away from the computer because of a trapped nerve. I am still in a lot of discomfort but I think it is manageable so I going to try a day back in the office to see how it goes. I have a neck brace on to restrict the strain on my neck. Lots of cool gel and some pain killers in case of an emergency. I don’t like taking pills until it is the only option that way I get the best benefit from them.
As I am sure you guessed May did not finish well. June had 2 days and 3 very bad days but there is a long way to go. Due to my problems I am behind now will the launch of new website and it is not as if I can spend extra time to catch up as I need to limit the time I spend on a pc to a minimum until I am better which could take a while.
