I have just finished watching the cricket and it was painful.  Enough said really the real test comes when we play South Africa, if we win we stand a great chance if not then we are out.  Simple as.   I am hoping the football tomorrow will be a little less stressful.

With South Africa thrashing the West Indies and improving their net run rate it is very important that England complete a good result against Bangladesh today.   This is not going to be easy with many of the England team under pressure and the tigers being very good at exploiting this.  This is the time for the team spirit and belief in the skills to shine through.   We ideally need to bat first and score in the region of 350 as the South Africa did.   A score over 300 should secure a good victory for England.

I am back in the office after a week out but it is does not seem that bad currently as the weather is so good.  Long may it last.
