The day has come and I have to see how well thought field therapy works against my fear of flying. Have woken up this morning not feeling well at all which surprised me. I am obviosuly extremely anxious about the flight even though it is only 2 hours 30 mins and I have done much longer flights.
Yesterday was not a good day on the horses as I managed to get 3 seconds and third, plus watch 2 lays wins. After 2 losing months not a good way to start the 3rd month.
