Three losing months in a row. May was an up and down month. Caution was
applied towards the end of the month. Remember the key to success is to
keep the faith and don’t change anything. There is a long way to go in
the flat season and this can all be truned around qucikly.
Trading the top two rated horses is proving extremely profitable and I hope to be adding this profits to the account soon.
Still a healthy profit of 235.81 pointsfrom last 10 months but need to reverse the last 3 losing ones.

Had a tough day at work but ultimately successful. Came home and made yet another profit on trading on the evening racing. If I did become excess to requirements at lastminute (increasing more likely now that everything is being moved to the states) then I would defintely give trading a go for 6 months to see if I could make work permantly. England started poorly in the first half but have been better in the second half which is good news for the world cup. On the account the maximum bet on Senor Dali won nicely. So all in all a good day. Hears to many more.

I finally made the commitment and got engaged to Clare on Saturday.
This is the diamond soltaire ring that Clare is now wearing.
As for a wedding date we have not set this yet. We are hoping to get married at London Zoo with a reception probably at Windsor racing on Monkey Island or maybe Ascot.
I am intending on having at least 3 stags do’s; One in Wales, one in Ireland and one probably in Croatia. I also intend to have many celebrations drinks so that I can involve as many of my diverse network of friends and associates.
This is the big one and although I said I’d never get married, I never said I wouldn’t get engaged!

After 3 lovely days away from the office it is time to return but only 4 days until weekend. Get in. A very well balanced weekend for me with a good proportion of fun working i.e. trading, some work on my website and a little bit of lastminute.com work as well as lots of beer too.
The world cup is looming large which should provide a lot of trading opportuinities for me.

Due to work commitments only managed to start for real at 2.30pm and finished 5.20pm. Managed to make the equilavent of days earnings of my current job in that time. This was helped by the fact there was so much racing to get involved in. I managed not to have any losing races but had a lot of 0 win races this is something I need to work on. I am finding some races difficult to ensure the top 5 are all green for me without too much exposure. I did lift the limit to £100 and had to trade out in 4 races in-running. So a semi successful afternoon. Had a nice winner on the main account as well which I am sure put me in the right frame of mind for the job.
I am only looking at a max of 2 tic ratio currently. I think to get better profits I need to expand this range depending on the movement of market. As I using autobet lui. I am placing the lay and bets nearly simultaneously. Over 30% of the time it was getting matched both side nearly as soon as I clicked the button which was good. Reactions need to be worked on though.
I gave my <a href="http://racingresults.briancoplin.co.uk">racing site</a> a face lift which I am really pleased with. More to come on that though as I try to a little each and every week on this. Thinking of taking a week off work to really make some movement but I think I will get my move out of the way first.
I am off in a minute to fix my brothers pc and then I be straight back to do some database changes on the holiday autos website. Hoepfully these will go smoothly and I can get to bed at a reasonable time.

Had a lovely couple of days relaxing and drinking and generally enjoying people’s company. Been watching the cricket and a little bit of racing. Made a few quid trading. Going to have a trial run tomorrow to see whether I can make as much trading as I earn at my day job in the same or less amount of time. The only rule being I will never have a liability greater than £100. I am not really trading but skimming. Wish me luck.

The weather maybe wet but my spirit is not as another bank holiday weekend is upon us. This will give me more time to relax and enjoy life a way from work. Time to recharge my batteries. Have lots of stuff to do though in relation to the imminient house moving. Not much else to report I am afraid.

Another challenging day at the office comes to the end. The new US vendor will be going live on some new UI code which I think will be a good thing as it is much cleaner and simplier to interface with but am taking risk as this is not yet mature code and is not in production but with the low volumes initially this should be cool. On the gambling front just a little bit of profitable trading but no accounts bets as the weather continues to hinder things. Mortgage for new place got approved today so that is good as well.
Watched the England game and it was nice to see Lennon and Jenas play well but a disappoiting night overall for england. The cricket is going much better both for England and my team Middlesex who have started the season badly but scored 520-9 and with Cha Keegan taking 3 early wickets weather permitting are in a very strong position.
