In my opinion the most useful function supplied with the lastminutelving.com typepad.com interface is the RSS syndicate option.   This means your friends and colleagues can easily be alerted when blogs are updated without having to keep visiting the sites.   To add it to your blog.  Login, click on Weblogs, click on edit configuration and then click on design.  Select the subscribe to XML Syndicate feed option and republish your site.  All done.

After 4 days off I feel really refreshed and work seems to be a happier place than normal.  The sun is shining.  I managed to get my though field therapy presentation done last night so I am ready for it next week.  The boys in the office have a sweep stake on when I will pull out but that’s not happening.  Yes, I am scared as I am no Paul McKenna and don’t even inspire to be one.  I had trawled the Internet and have read good and not so good things about though field therapy.  What I know for sure is it helped me and everybody I have tried it on it has worked for too.  :)  So that is pretty good so far.   I may well become the laughing stock of lastminute for a day but at least I am trying to do something way out of my usual comfort zone.  Pushing your own boundaries every now and then is very good.

Racing looks tricky currently as the flat results are up and down and the national hunt is very difficult with the drier ground.   If the weather maintains consistent though for another couple of weeks things will look better.  Will be monitoring the results from Newmarket very closely.
