I have had a lovely 3 days off.  Today will be a mixture of work and play.  I am looking forward to Spurs play agianst Man U.   I am also updating all the results of the last few days on my racing database.  Managed to break the program last night which is annoying.  I think I have fixed now.  At some stage I need to make it quickier though as it eats far too much of my time.

Have spent the weekend at my parents which was nice.  I have 2 nieces, Kirsty and Suzie.  I also have on nephew Josh.   A good weekend had by all but I am shattered now.  Also have a cold which I can not seem to shift.   The weather continues to be great which is nice and should be good for the flat season.

There are no less than 7 race meetings today so will take some time to go through although traditionally bank holiday Monday’s are difficult affairs.  I also need to create my thought field therapy presentation today as I have to give this on 24th April which is going to be extremely scarey.
